一般訂單配送 General Orders Delivery
• 確認訂單：收到訂單後，我們會聯絡客人確認選購商品、送貨要求及付款事宜。
• 本地配送：所有本地訂單均由 SF Express 順豐速運配送，送貨時間約需 2-3個工作天。
• 海外配送：海外配送一般需時 3-10個工作天（具體時間視乎收件國家而定）。
• 可能導致延誤的因素：公眾假期/惡劣天氣/貨物被當地海關扣查
⚠️ 關稅責任：如因海關徵稅而產生額外費用，需由收件方自行承擔，本公司不會代付任何關稅。
• 退貨政策：除非產品有重大瑕疵或與訂單嚴重不符，所有已寄出的商品恕不接受退貨。
• Order Confirmation: Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm product details, delivery requirements, and payment information.
• Local Delivery: Orders within Hong Kong are delivered via SF Express, usually within 2–3 business days.
• Overseas Delivery: International delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
• Possible Delays: Public holidays/Severe weather conditions/Customs inspection and clearance delays
⚠️ Customs Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or related fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Return Policy: Once items have been shipped, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is found to have major defects or does not match the confirmed order.
日本代購商品配送 Japan Proxy Purchase Orders
• 訂金付款：所有日本代購商品需先支付 50%訂金。
• 到貨時間：商品約需3-5個工作天運抵香港。
• 尾款支付：商品到貨後，客人需支付餘額（尾數），我們才會安排寄出。
• 配送安排：所有代購商品同樣由 SF Express 順豐速運配送，本地送貨一般需時 2-3個工作天。
• Deposit Payment: All Japan proxy purchase orders require a 50% deposit.
• Arrival Time: Products typically arrive in Hong Kong within 3–5 days.
• Balance Payment: Customers must settle the remaining balance before shipment can be arranged.
• Delivery Arrangement: All proxy purchase orders are shipped via SF Express, with local delivery usually within 2–3 business days.
