1. 正貨保證
• 本店只出售正貨商品。
2. 付款及退款政策
• 所有訂金及全數款項，一經支付，恕不接受因私人理由（包括但不限於：尺碼不合適、對品牌手工不滿意、物流延誤、二手瑕疵等）而提出之退款或退換。
• 如客人需支付尾數，請於付訂金後 7天內繳清。若逾時未能繳交，訂金將不會退還，產品亦會被收回並不設退還。
3. 中古產品特性
• 中古商品由於年代久遠，所用物料或工藝與現代不同，可能存在金屬或皮革氧化、老化或脫落等情況。購買前，請客人自行斟酌。
• 日本中古產品均默認不附任何配件（如防塵袋、盒子、單據等），如有需要，請另行查詢是否可另購。
• 中古產品因歷史悠久，款式設計、製作工藝，或曾進行過清潔翻新等情況，可能與現代新款有所差異。下單前請先考慮清楚。
4. 貨品顏色及狀態
• 商品照片僅供參考，實物顏色或細節可能會因拍攝光線、螢幕顯示或保存狀態而有所不同，以實物為準。
5. 退換貨政策
• 所有貨品一經下單，除真偽問題外，一律不設退換。
• 如對商品有任何疑問，請在下單前先聯絡我們以了解清楚。
6. 服務性質
• 本店屬於日本代購及中古商品轉售服務，與各大品牌並無任何合作或代理關係。
• 若客人需要品牌專門店提供之服務，請直接前往該品牌專門店，恕本店無法提供相關服務。
7. 條款接納
• 一經下單並付款，即表示客人已細閱並同意本公司所有條款及細則。

• We only sell authentic products.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
• All deposits and full payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any personal reasons, including but not limited to: wrong size, dissatisfaction with craftsmanship, shipping delays, or secondhand product flaws.
• If balance payment is required, it must be settled within 7 days after placing the deposit. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the product will be reclaimed without refund.
3. Characteristics of Pre-owned / Vintage Items
• Pre-owned vintage items may show signs of aging due to material differences and time, such as oxidation, discoloration, or leather deterioration. Please consider carefully before purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated, Japanese vintage items are sold without any accessories (e.g., dust bag, box, receipt). Extra accessories may be available upon request.
• Due to age, craftsmanship, design, or refurbishment (e.g., cleaning, restoration), vintage items may differ from modern versions. Please be sure before placing your order.
4. Product Color & Condition
• Product images are for reference only. Actual product may vary in color, tone, or details due to photography, display settings, or conditions of preservation. The actual item shall prevail.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted except for authenticity issues.
• Customers are encouraged to contact us with questions before placing an order.

• Our store provides proxy shopping and resale services for Japanese items. We are not affiliated, endorsed, or associated with any brand.
• If you require after-sales service from official boutiques, please contact the relevant brand directly.
